Cheese, Olives and Crostini is one of my go-to appetizers. It is extremely easy but something everyone can appreciate. It's especially nice when you are entertaining because you basically just put everything on one serving plate and then sit back and watch people enjoy!
Three easy ingredients.
What you will need:
- An assortment of olives
- Goat Cheese, or a mixture of your favorite cheeses
- Crostini (lightly drizzled with olive oil and warmed in the oven)
And that's it! A delicious app in minutes! If you are entertaining this weekend you should give it a try!
Pair with your favorite cocktail or red wine.
