Melanzane Pomodoro con Polpette Vegetali                       
Layered eggplant and mozzarella, basil, roasted eggplant and  garbanzo bean meatballs, San Marzano tomato sauce.
Pomodori Verdi Fritti  Caprese                         
Sliced fresh mozzarella, fried green  tomato, roasted plum tomato, basil.
Cozze e Porchetta alla  Salsa Piccante                     
Mussels, smoked pancetta, garlic, chili, shallots, garlic rubbed  crostini, tomato fume.
Tagliatelle con Funghi                          
Wild Mushrroms,  tagliatelle pasta,  fontina creme,  garlic, thyme, truffle essence, pecorino romano.
